The AirBubbl app got taken off the Apple Store without any heads-up, and the support team is pretty slow to respond.

So, I was ordering a filter refill on my phone and put in my new address. But, for some reason, when I switched my payment method at the end, it switched back to my old address. I noticed it right after placing the order and shot off an email to get the delivery address fixed. A few days later, I found out the product had been sent to the old place, so I emailed them again. They got back to me pretty quickly, apologized, and explained that my first email ended up in their spam folder. They then sent a replacement to my current address, and it arrived super fast, without me having to do anything else.

I've purchased several airbubbl gadgets for my driving business and have them installed in each of my vehicles. The responses I receive from my clients are quite favorable and contribute to a sense of reliability and security in the services we provide. I've also experienced fantastic customer service from Airlabs and can't recommend them enough.

I had a query regarding the units, and when I reached out, I got to chat with Ani. She answered my questions promptly and with complete honesty. Her service was top-notch. She explained everything about the units in a fantastic way. I'm definitely going to buy this unit.

I've been quite pleased with my AirBubbi, but I was bummed to find out that they stopped shipping to the Republic of Ireland. Thankfully, Ani was super kind and got replacement filters sent my way. This is fantastic service, but I really hope AirBubbi can figure out whatever problems they’ve got and start supplying the EU again soon. Big thanks!

I was scratching my head trying to figure out why the airbubbl wouldn’t turn on at home with my apple charger. The support team got back to me super fast after I reached out online and let me know I should be using a 2.1A charger instead of the 1A one I had. Honestly, I had no clue there was a difference in those apple chargers, but they cleared it up for me real quick.

decent item, but the strap's stiffness renders it ineffective in my vehicle. it can't wrap around the headrest since it lacks adjustability. it does the job on cars with headrests on movable metal rods, but for others, it just doesn't cut it.

I'm super happy with this gadget from AirLabs. It functions great, and our entire family reaps the rewards while we're in the car. The customer support has been solid too.

I got myself two AirBubbls and shot an email to AirLabs regarding a bluetooth query, but I never got a response. Because of that, I haven't had the chance to try out my AirBubbls yet, and I'm pretty let down by their customer support.
